Yarn Fanatic Party #40 – Little Treasures Sponsored Pattern Giveaway

June 8, 2015

Welcome to the 40th Yarn Fanatic Link Party, and my 23rd as co-host, alongside Rachel from The Philosopher’s Wife.

This week I shared a free crochet pattern for the I Love This Soft Ripple Baby Blanket. I made this in between the blankets that I worked up to donate to my old high school, and sold it before it was listed. A new mommy and baby are now enjoying it πŸ™‚ Makes me very happy.
I also shared a free crochet pattern for the Granny Square Phone Cozy, inspired by a link up from Audrey B that was shared at our #26 Yarn Fanatic Party.

For those of you whom have been sending positive thoughts and wishes my way – thank you!! I received a job offer from another parking company, and if all goes well, I get to start on Thursday πŸ™‚

**New Party News: We want everyone to have an equal shot at getting the clicks, views and comments so the last three links shared will be relinked by us. πŸ™‚

Most Clicked:

Top: Color Inspiration from Lunamon Design. This post is full of fun, bright colors including a new color scheme of the Ice Cream Coasters Monica shared with us several parties ago.

Bottom: Turquoise Blue Cushions from Atelier Marie-Lucienne. I love this color scheme! It’s great for Summer Decor.

EyeLoveKnots Yarn Favorites:

From Left to Right, Top to Bottom:

Paw Print Graph Coasters from Posh Pooch Designs. These doggy themed coasters are so cute! Both are free patterns with graph included! There’s also a sneak peek of another project Sara is using graphs for – can’t wait to see what it’s going to be!

Striped Dress from Hakel Fieber. This is such a pretty dress! I just LOVE it – the patterns, colors, the cute collar! And being that it’s made out of a lightweight cotton yarn, it is great for the warm, Summer season.

Wild Flower Cardigan from Jaimees Welt. This is such a pretty Springy cardiagan! It’s made from a Garn Studio free crochet pattern, and with lots of nice colors πŸ™‚ There is a great picture of back view, which shows the motif and puffy-like sleeves. What a fun piece!

Flower Headband from Little Treasures. I recently cut my hair rather short, and have been using a lot more hair accessories than I did before. I am adding this Flower Headband. It has such a nice lacy pattern, and made from lightweight yarn making it a great Spring accessory.

Katie Sweetheart Doll from Jaimees Welt. The moment I saw this, I fell in love. This Katie Sweetheart Doll is just the sweetest little thing, especially with the staging. Though there isn’t a pattern attached, there are lots of fun photos! Great inspiration piece.

Rhombus Crochet Afghan from Purfylle. This rhombus pattern looks so fun! And the constuction of the afghan is so interesting, working stripes of the rhombus pattern and joining. I just love it! Very creative.

Market Tote from Our Side of the Mountain. This post includes a free crochet pattern for making a market tote. Not only are these great for taking to the market with you, but also for the beach!

How to Crochet an Ice Cream Lolly Pop from Heart Handmade UK. This post includes a free crochet pattern for the cutest little Ice Cream Popsicle. It really is perfect for this time of year for different things – using as an ornament, decor piece, keychain, play food. What fun this little piece is!

My Philosopher Favorite:

A few parties ago, I chose Rachel’s Elephant and Giraffe as My Philosopher Favorite. This Blue Giraffe is the original of the giraffes, and I love the idea of making it for the baby’s room. Cute idea. I would also be cute to have as a decor at a baby shower.

This Week’s Giveaway is sponsored by Little Treasures. One lucky person will receive a pattern pack, which is a collection of four patterns. Two examples is shown below – I just couldn’t choice one!

 Little Treasures Pattern Pack #2
Little Treasures Pattern Pack #16

You may recognize the name from our Yarn Fanatic Party as Maya parties with us often. I just love the cute, sweet vintage and bohemian inspired patterns she shares with us including the Flower Headband I have chosen as one of my EyeLoveKnots Favorites this week.
