Banana Cream & Walnuts Waffle for 1

September 11, 2018

After I made up my Easy Strawberries & Banana Cream Cake, I had some leftover banana cream that I knew would be absolutely perfect for a waffle. I love making waffles at home πŸ™‚

Since I used leftovers for my waffle, I estimated the banana cream recipe below. If you get a chance to try this recipe, please drop me a line below to let me know if this made the perfect amount (or too much)… or if I make some more, I will update (here, and in my newsletter).

If it is a little too much, you can store in a container in the refrigerator. My leftovers lasted 5 days in the fridge before I used it all up. Was soooo good!

Serves:

1

Time:

20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • Cake Mix Waffle for 1 Recipe (here on EyeLoveKnots)
  • 1.5 Teaspoons of Powdered Sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1.25 Tablespoons of Banana Cream Pudding (the dry kind)
  • 0.25 Teaspoons of Vanilla
  • 2 Teaspoons of Milk – I used 2% Lactose Free
  • Walnuts, Optional for Garnish

You’ll Also Need:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk/Hand Mixer/Fork
  • Pam/Butter & Flour
  • Measuring Cup/Spoons
  • Spatula/Knife for Spreading Cream
  • Waffle Maker

Recipe:

Step 1: Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form. Add the banana cream pudding mix and vanilla, and continue whipping until well combined and thick. Add milk, and mix. Set aside.

Step 2: Make waffle following my Cake Mix Waffle for 1 Recipe.

Step 3: Plate waffle, and spread banana cream. Sprinkle on the walnuts, and enjoy!

Please DO NOT claim this recipe as your own nor should you sell my recipe, and DO NOT re-publish my photos as your own. DO NOT copy and paste my recipe anywhere, link to it instead.
