Copper Nails: Daisy Me in Moscow

April 2, 2020

Copper and Dark Floral Spring nail design with Color Street’s Moscow or Never and Daisy Me Rolling.

I am a Color Street stylist! This post contains my stylist links. If you make a purchase by clicking on them, I make a small commission at no extra cost to you. Thanks for your support!

Copper and Dark Floral nails for Spring! Can’t say I would have thought to use copper to accessorize in the Spring, but paired with this beautiful dark floral print, it’s like it was meant to be!

In my polish collection, you’ll find lots of neutrals, and a couple coppery shades so that Moscow or Never was right up my alley! Definitely going to be ordering some more of this color as I can see wearing nothing but it, or pairing it with many other fun combinations, like Oslo and Steady and Palm Before the Storm, or Midnight in Manhattan and Coming Up Rose Gold (Glitter).

When I received my Spring Color Street order, I fell in love with this dark floral print called Daisy Me Rolling. It actually is on a strip along with a bright color floral print too. I plan on pairing those bright ones with Fashion Prague-er.

My nails are short enough that I am able to use one strip for two fingers. With this, to create the two-tone nail design shown on my ring finger, I used the second half of strips from other nails.

I applied the copper first, matching the natural curve of the strip to my nail, then I cut a straight edge on the right side of the leftover floral print piece, and applied it matching the natural curve of the strip to my nail.

I have been working on some new clutch crochet designs. You are also seeing one of my new tops from SheIn – Cap Sleeve Figure Graphic Tee.

Wow, your nails look fantastic! I wouldn’t consider copper too as I feel like it wouldn’t suit my skin color but after seeing your nails, count me in! I hope you had a great weekend and happy Monday!

Welcome!

Welcome!

Hey! I'm Alexandra, the blogger and creator behind EyeLoveKnots and On Rockwood Lane! My passion is being creative. My favorite thing to do is crochet, and you will almost always find me having a cup of coffee and working on a new crochet project, but when I'm not doing that, you might find me out at a local park rollerblading, baking some fresh cookies, picking veggies in the garden or re-decorating for a new season or holiday. My two cats are great supervisors for all my adventures (minus the being outside because they think it's too hot in Florida to be anywhere but inside), and make sure I take plenty of breaks.
