This week’s features include upcycled embroidered heart art, how to make hot crab dip, how to upcycle denim, how to transition from Christmas to Winter decor, and how to decorate a Farmhouse for Valentine’s Day.
Welcome to the Snickerdoodle Create Bake Make Link Party 368!
The star of the week are these 18″ C2C Alphabet Squares! I have been working on the written pattern and post for the last week, and I am quite proud of this one. I will be turning my squares into throw pillows – I have one more panel to go, and they’ll be ready for assembly. Find the free crochet pattern HERE.
The lovely Abby from A Stitch Shy of Normal shared a crochet pattern review for this Cliffcrest Cable Collar. It is the cutest thing I’ve seen! And such a pretty color. Have you tried Jeans yarn?
This piece reminds me of my Ribbed Granny Stitch Cowl. It’s my favorite cold weather accessory, especially since the ribbed neck part can be pulled up over the face so I think I will be adding one of these Cliffcrest Cable Collars to my wardrobe!
As I was going through my yarn stash last week, I pulled out all of the Touch of Alpaca I had, and decided to put together this fun collection of 20 free crochet patterns that used Touch of Alpaca, and run a yarn giveaway (at the bottom of the same post).
On my sister blog, On Rockwood Lane, I shared a review for these Cheesy Taquitos, and boy were they good! I will definitely be making these again.

I think the denim crafts are my favorite! Hoping to do some upcycling projects this year, and Pillar Box Blue is a great resource for tutorials and inspiration.

There are always so many good posts at this linkup! I love the features like that crab dip and the embroidered hearts! So pretty!

I keep looking at that crab dip – really thinking about making it. Only thing holding me back is that my husband doesn’t like seafood though, so I’d be eating it alone.
