Handicrafter Cotton Baby Booties – Crochet Pattern Review – Bernat/Yarnspirations

June 4, 2016

I have had this pattern bookmarked for quite some time, and finally decided to give it a try (back in September of last year – yikes!) was a little disappointed. I just pulled the little bootie out of my WIPs bin and thought I’d complete this post. The bib stands unfinished at this time, so… Read more

Little Girls Purse – Crochet Pattern Review – Cream of the Crop Crochet

September 16, 2015

I was asked to review this Little Girls Purse, and I am so glad that I did! I had looked at it before, and pinned it with my little cousin, Madison, in mind, but I wasn’t sure when I was going to get around to working it up – thanks for the push Brie!  … Read more

Our Two Year Anniversary Together – Gift Idea!

June 28, 2015

My boyfriend, Chad, and I just celebrated our two year anniversary together – dating, not married. My go-to gifts for him are usually a gift basket full of goodies (ie body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, hair ties, peanut butter snacks and candies, gatorade, etc) or some new painting canvas. I wanted to do something a little… Read more

Welcome!

Welcome!

Hey! I'm Alexandra, the blogger and creator behind EyeLoveKnots and On Rockwood Lane! My passion is being creative. My favorite thing to do is crochet, and you will almost always find me having a cup of coffee and working on a new crochet project, but when I'm not doing that, you might find me out at a local park rollerblading, baking some fresh cookies, picking veggies in the garden or re-decorating for a new season or holiday. My two cats are great supervisors for all my adventures (minus the being outside because they think it's too hot in Florida to be anywhere but inside), and make sure I take plenty of breaks.
