Bunny Bonnet – Crochet Pattern Review

February 13, 2024

This hat is a very fun and simple pattern. If you’re looking for a cute Easter or spring gift for a little one in your life, this is a wonderful choice. The hat I made fits my son great, looks super adorable, and fit him for several weeks which makes it one of the most cost-effective things he owns as a baby. They grow out of things far too quickly, don’t they?

Through the Window Beanie – Free Crochet Pattern in 7 Sizes

September 19, 2020

This is a free crochet pattern for how to crochet the Through the Window Beanie – a fun crochet pattern that uses the mosaic crochet technique. Don’t let it scare you! It’s comprised of simple single crochet stitches, chains and easy double crochets.

There are 7 sizes included, so you can make one for each member of the family, and while my favorite way to work this technique is with a variegated color underneath, and a solid coordinating color on top, it also looks great with both solid colors, and even looks neat all in one color – think white on white texture.

I only just started working again, and since I’ve been low on funds, I’ve decided to finish items in my WIPs bin, and pull out patterns I’ve purchased in the past and use up stash yarn. Last year, Charmed by Ewe had an eBook special on Ravelry that I purchased, and that’s where I found… Read more
