Granny Pop Cardigan – Crochet Pattern Review

November 19, 2024

I was very satisfied with this pattern. Granny stitch can be nice for garment patterns since you get into a rhythm and you can just keep stitching away! This is written as a top-down sweater where you make a yoke and work until your desired size, which makes it feel like it goes fast too. You then work straight rows for a while to get length, and boom! You have a cardigan.

Rustic Pumpkin Garland – Crochet Pattern Review

July 31, 2024

Pumpkins are, of course, the unofficial mascot for fall so I had to kick off the crochet season with them. I have already done traditional, stand alone pumpkins and I love to decorate my fireplace area with fall decor. When I saw this pumpkin garland, I knew this was the piece that my mantle was missing. I went through and made the garland but you could make just the cute little pumpkins and use them as decor, fill a basket or bowl with them, line your window sills…the list goes on.

Snowy Pal – Crochet Pattern Review

January 10, 2024

I had been on the lookout for a cute snowman pattern for quite some time, so when I was given the amazing chance to be a tester for Mel’s Crocheted Creations’ Snowy Pal, I was so excited! This pattern works up quickly, and because of some perfectly positioned stitches, it is entirely no sew. If that isn’t enough to win you over, this pattern is also very customizable! The pattern includes two different types of arms, a scarf pattern, and two different hat patterns.

September 26, 2023

This pattern was incredibly easy despite the delicate look with the swirl. I think this may be my top pumpkin pattern so far! I really enjoyed how quick it worked up, how cute and different it is being swirled and I love the idea of being able to customize it further with cinnamon sticks and a wine.
