I have no good reason for making this stingray other than it is adorable! I was perusing Etsy for some new patterns when this little creature popped up on my feed and I was instantly in love! His big eyes, his squishy body and his tiny smile stole my heart and I had to make one of my own…which was then promptly confiscated by my daughter for the same irresistible reasons. Even the dog wanted him for herself!

The designer, Cottontail & Whiskers, provided an extremely detailed description of each step along the way with over seventy photos showing important steps in the process. The pattern also includes a bonus pattern for a cockroach pal named Splat. This pattern is definitely worth every penny, and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a pattern for a cute and detailed rat stuffed doll.
