Large Lavender Solid Hair Bow – Free Crochet Pattern

September 7, 2014

Last year (before I started my blog), just before Halloween, I crocheted up two hair bows, one that I called the Candy Corn hair bow and the other I called the Witchy hair bow.  This year, I pulled them out and decided to remake them and share my pattern with EyeLoveKnots readers. This posed a… Read more

Plastic Canvas Fall Welcome Sign – e-Pattern’s Central – Terry Ricioli – Pattern REVIEW

August 26, 2014

I have been drooling over plastic canvas patterns on e-Pattern’s Central and Annie’s Catalog for some time now. It has been a couple years since I last worked on any plastic canvas stuff, kind of sad being that it was my first love. This past Thursday, I decided enough pinning of patterns on my wish… Read more

Rainbow Bright Beach Bag – Video Tutorial REVIEW

July 1, 2014

*Note: I DO NOT get endorsed or paid to mention such products. I simply went to Big Lots, walked up and down aisles with my boyfriend, Chad, and these are what I picked. After receiving my June 24th email of recommendations from YouTube and trying my hand at the Crochet Handbag Purse (post to come as soon… Read more

A few weeks ago, I decided to accept the Spring Has Sprung Crochet Challenge posed by Mikey of The Crochet Crowd. Pretty Purple Crochet Set – Inspiration

November 21, 2013

I started crocheting a halter top for myself when I thought how cute it would look as a dress for my little cousin, Madison. So I switched up a few things here and there but felt super accomplished with my finished product. If it hadn’t taken so long, I probably would have turned around and… Read more

Welcome!

Welcome!

Hey! I'm Alexandra, the blogger and creator behind EyeLoveKnots and On Rockwood Lane! My passion is being creative. My favorite thing to do is crochet, and you will almost always find me having a cup of coffee and working on a new crochet project, but when I'm not doing that, you might find me out at a local park rollerblading, baking some fresh cookies, picking veggies in the garden or re-decorating for a new season or holiday. My two cats are great supervisors for all my adventures (minus the being outside because they think it's too hot in Florida to be anywhere but inside), and make sure I take plenty of breaks.
