Pumpkins are, of course, the unofficial mascot for fall so I had to kick off the crochet season with them. I have already done traditional, stand alone pumpkins and I love to decorate my fireplace area with fall decor. When I saw this pumpkin garland, I knew this was the piece that my mantle was missing. I have no good reason for making this stingray other than it is adorable! I was perusing Etsy for some new patterns when this little creature popped up on my feed and I was instantly in love! His big eyes, his squishy body and his tiny smile stole my heart and I had to make one of my own…which was then promptly confiscated by my daughter for the same irresistible reasons. Even the dog wanted him for herself!
Snow the Duck – Crochet Pattern Review
The Snow the Duck pattern is a relatively easy, almost no-sew pattern that works up quickly. It can be made with varying weights of yarn for differing sizes of ducks, and the finished product is absolutely adorable. The pattern features an optional headband that raises the level of cuteness for this little squishy duck to new levels.
