This hoodie is a very nice spring and summer piece. The concept of a short-sleeved hooded layer can come off a little weird if it’s not done well, but the silhouette of this one pulls it off perfectly. It looks casual and chic and comfortable, and I knew I had to have one. This piece has a very simple construction and I appreciate that. This construction lets you make it to fit your own size and shape, and allows for customization in both length and width so it will fit just the way you want depending on your personal style!
Not only is the Mermaid Lollie pattern super easy and quick to work up, but it comes with so many detailed modifications that this one pattern could constitute a whole book worth of patterns! This crochet pattern is one I would very strongly recommend. It was easy to make, it doesn’t use too much yarn so it’s affordable, and it gives you a very useful and super cute accessory at the end. I plan to use this adorable little bag a lot this coming summer! It’s not huge so it won’t weigh you down, but it has the space for the basics like a wallet and phone.

I absolutely love everything about this Flexagon Amigurumi – it works up really quickly, it uses very few materials, and it makes a wonderful gift for kids and adults!
