Jane Throw Blanket – Crochet Pattern Review
This crochet pattern is pretty beginner-friendly. It’s a really simple stitch but it helps you practice keeping an even tension so your blanket stays a nice straight-edge rectangle. And working in a super bulky yarn like this can help you finish a project nice and quickly, which makes you feel accomplished!
Twister Poncho – Crochet Pattern Review
This poncho just sang to me from the moment I spotted it. It’s cabled, looks (and is) super cozy, and it just radiates Fall vibes. The pattern is not as scary as it looks either. It’s based on a 6 row repeat throughout, and a great practice project to get comfort with cables as long as you’re comfortable with post stitching.
Chloe Tabard Top – Crochet Pattern Review
This design has a lot of options, and I really appreciate it! You can make it long, short, slim or loose. You can add one large tie, a few small ties, or none at all. You can seam the sides up just a tiny bit or halfway or none! You could try this in lighter or thicker yarns if you’re comfortable making up your own sizing.
Octavia Scarf – Crochet Pattern Review
I sincerely enjoyed stitching up this pattern. It’s simple stitches with a little bit of interest, and it looks just as gorgeous in bright colors as it does in simple neutrals. I definitely recommend checking this pattern out if you’re wanting to make some simple scarves for gifts or donations this year, or needing to add to your winter accessories wardrobe.
Millennial Jumper – Crochet Pattern Review
I love this pattern! I love the fit, I love how it drapes, I love that the sleeves, and the bottom are kind of gathered/ruched in by the ribbing. It’s flattering, it’s comfy and warm, and the simple but interesting texture is just so perfect. I’m raving, I know I am, but I love these projects when you can just be so happy about the finished piece!
Pane Sweater – Crochet Pattern Review
I cannot overstate how comfortable this piece is. I realize part of that is to the credit of the yarn, which is one of my all-time favorites because it’s so luxuriously soft and perfect for garments, but I need to credit the designer as well. This shape is very boxy and simple, but having the edgings all pull in tighter and give it some flattering curves is so smart! It’s light, it’s comfy and warm but not too thick, and I can see myself wearing it all of the fall season.
